History of the Eteron Group
The name ETERON appeared in 2004, replacing a company known as Zespół Przedsiębiorstw Budownictwa Łączności K-TEL Sp. z o.o. in Poznań. It is a holding company with over ten businesses. The company was launched at the turn of the 80s and 90s of the previous century. As a result of the release and rapid liberalisation of the market Poland became a friendlier environment for civil law partnerships, initially only in the telecommunications industry.
In 1992 the K-TEL brand appeared on the market, as well as the first holding structures. The 1990s in Polish telecommunications was a period of rapid growth, primarily within the TP S.A. K-TEL took advantage of the development opportunities increasing sales to over 100 million per year. Other branches, such as energy or real estate, also started to develop, and the offer of K-TEL in telecommunications and information technology was expanded.

| 2020 | The group finalizes the purchase of DM Celus based in Jordanów Śląski and creates the HSW Group brand, which includes HSW Słońsk (formerly Lootor) and HSW Jordanów (formerly DM Celus). |

| 2017 | Incorporation of Eteron VC and conclusion of 2 investments in Startups. |
| 2016 | Reaching full capacity in Buczek biogas power plant and launching a reprocessing installation. |
| 2014 | The gas pipeline in Golin is put in operation by Avrio Media / The biogas plant in Buczek is put in operation. |
| 2012 | DM Celus – a subsidiary of Woodwaste puts a straw granulation plant into service in Jordanów Śląski. The group acquires a package of shares in PTS Rabka. |
| 2011 | The gas pipeline in Słupca is put in operation by Avrio Media. |
| 2010 | The group acquires a package of shares in Woodwaste company. |
| 2009 | Incorporation of Larnaca Immmobilien and conclusion of the first transaction on the commercial real estate market. |
| 2007 | Sale of the K-TEL company to Finnish corporation Eltel Networks. |
| 2004 | The Eteron brand is established as a result of restructuring of the capital group subsidiaries. |
| 2002 | TP SA introduces a scheme of network maintenance outsourcing – K-TEL becomes the maintenance leader servicing over 850,000 lines. |
| 1998 | K-TEL achieves annual sales of over 100 million. |
| 1992 | The K-TEL brand is launched on the market. |
